Roasted Chicken With Garlic And Onions

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (3 lb) roasting chickens
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 chop one garlic clove in half. rub both sides all over chicken.
  • 3 coarsely chop onion and remaining garlic cloves and stuff them into chicken cavity.
  • 4 cover the chicken with paprika.
  • 5 season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 place a small amount of water in the bottom of the roasting pan.
  • 7 place chicken in roasting pan.
  • 8 bake for 2 hours or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
