Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pint good quality chicken stock or 1 pint vegetable stock
- 1 can tinned chopped tomato
- little harissa or chopped chili (according to taste)
- black pepper
- garlic
- herbs
Recipe
- 1 lay the chicken breasts in an oven dish.
- 2 make up the stock powder.
- 3 add the stock and tomatoes to the chicken breasts and the seasonings.
- 4 bake until cooked.
