spicy chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pint good quality chicken stock or 1 pint vegetable stock
  • 1 can tinned chopped tomato
  • little harissa or chopped chili (according to taste)
  • black pepper
  • garlic
  • herbs

Recipe

  • 1 lay the chicken breasts in an oven dish.
  • 2 make up the stock powder.
  • 3 add the stock and tomatoes to the chicken breasts and the seasonings.
  • 4 bake until cooked.
  • 5 200oc/400of serve with anything that mops up the gravy cous cous, megadara or mash potato.
