Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
- 1 lb baby bok choy
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. add oil. add ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds. add bok choy and stir fry for 1 minutes or until beginning to wilt.
- 2 add chicken stock and soy sauce to pan. cover, turn heat to low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender with a little bite to it. season to taste with salt and pepper.
