Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 lb baby bok choy
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. add oil. add ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds. add bok choy and stir fry for 1 minutes or until beginning to wilt.
  • 2 add chicken stock and soy sauce to pan. cover, turn heat to low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender with a little bite to it. season to taste with salt and pepper.
