Ingredients

- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked & diced
- 1/4-1/2 stalk celery, diced
- 5 -6 pieces jicama, peeled & diced
- 1 -2 green onion, diced
- 2 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well.
- 2 enjoy!
- 3 (i like mine straight out of the bowl, no bread for me!).
