Stuffed Chicken Wings Singapore Style

Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 lb shrimp, deveined
- 1/2 lb chicken, minced
- 2 teaspoons kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 brake joints of chicken wings.
- 2 separate meat from bone using scissors then pull out bone.
- 3 blend marinade ingredients in a vat, and marinate chicken overnight.
- 4 soak dried shittake mushrooms in water until soft. about 1/2 hours.
- 5 remove hard stick of mushroom, and chop roughly.
- 6 chop shrimp roughly.
- 7 mix minced chicken, mushroom, shrimp, soy sauce sesame oil.
- 8 stuff deboned wing tips with minced chicken mixture.
- 9 broil at 350, for 25 mins., and serve.
