Stuffed Chicken With Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 4 -6 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- parmesan herb seasoning mix
- 5 lbs velveeta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 16 ounces plastic bottles, of grilling sauce
- blackening seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cut a pocket in the thickest part of the breast.
- 2 put grill sauce on chicken and then blacken seasoning.
- 3 place chicken in oven until done.
- 4 when done, pull out chicken and set to the side and let it cool down about 10 or 15 minutes.
- 5 open chicken with a spoon (may tear a little, just be careful).
- 6 stuff cheese into pocket.
- 7 put some more grill sauce and blackening seasoning on chicken.
