Stuffed Chicken With Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 4 -6 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • parmesan herb seasoning mix
  • 5 lbs velveeta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 16 ounces plastic bottles, of grilling sauce
  • blackening seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 cut a pocket in the thickest part of the breast.
  • 2 put grill sauce on chicken and then blacken seasoning.
  • 3 place chicken in oven until done.
  • 4 when done, pull out chicken and set to the side and let it cool down about 10 or 15 minutes.
  • 5 open chicken with a spoon (may tear a little, just be careful).
