Tangy Chicken

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 brown chicken in skillet in butter. combine 57 sauce and water, pour over chicken. cover and simmer, basting occasionally 30 - 40 minutes.
  • 2 remove cover last 10 minutes of cooking.
  • 3 skim excess fat from sauce before serving.
  • 4 spoon sauce over chicken.
