- 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken in skillet in butter. combine 57 sauce and water, pour over chicken. cover and simmer, basting occasionally 30 - 40 minutes.
- 2 remove cover last 10 minutes of cooking.
- 3 skim excess fat from sauce before serving.
- 4 spoon sauce over chicken.
