The Joan Farley Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices smoked chicken breasts
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 4 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • light mayonnaise
  • mustard

Recipe

  • 1 spread mayo and mustard on each slice of bread.
  • 2 put cheese on each slice of bread.
  • 3 toast bread with cheese in toaster oven.
  • 4 put tomatoes on bread.
  • 5 put lettuce on bread.
  • 6 put pepper on bread.
