Soy-marinated Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (original recipe calls for 2 t fresh)
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (i used several more!)
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a ziploc bag and seal. marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
  • 2 prepare grill to medium high heat.
  • 3 place chicken on sprayed grill rack and discard marinade.
  • 4 grill 3 minutes on each side until done. this took me about 15 minutes.
