Soy-marinated Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (original recipe calls for 2 t fresh)
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (i used several more!)
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a ziploc bag and seal. marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
- 2 prepare grill to medium high heat.
- 3 place chicken on sprayed grill rack and discard marinade.
- 4 grill 3 minutes on each side until done. this took me about 15 minutes.
