Spareribs In Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

- 3 lbs spareribs (cut up)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons black beans (soaked in water 2 mins. drain and mash lightly)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons shoyu
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- green onion
- cilantro
Recipe
- 1 parboil spareribs. rinse and drain well.
- 2 dredge in flour lightly.
- 3 heat oil in heavy pan.
- 4 stir fry black bean mixture. add spareribs and brown.
- 5 add seasoning while browning spareribs.
- 6 add broth. bring to boil. cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- 7 thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- 8 garnish.
