Sparerib Marinade

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions
  • 4 pieces fresh parsley
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lime (use only half of the lime with peel)
  • 1 -2 hot pepper (the small yellow or orange ones)
  • 4 tablespoons msg
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a blender, cut slices in the ribs and chicken, spread mixture and let sit for an hour or two.
  • 2 note: the sauce because of the hot peppers is very hot to the taste before it is cooked, however, the heat from the peppers dissipates after it is cooked.
