Ingredients

- 2 lbs cut up chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- water, added to sauce to equal 2 cups
Recipe
- 1 prepare mix .
- 2 coat chicken and brown and place in baking dish.
- 3 prepare sauce and pour over chicken. baste and bake at 325f about 2 hours or until chicken is cooked.
- 4 servings is approximate.
