Toasted Almond Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 11
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups uncle ben's wholegrain brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 (900 ml) box campbell's chicken broth, 25% less sodium
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds

Recipe

  • 1 cook onions in heated oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute, stirring often.
