Ingredients
- 2 -3 chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (8 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a crock pot.
- 2 heat on low or medium until cooked through.
- 3 should be able to shred chicken with a fork easily.
- 4 chicken should not be pink.
