Spicy Shredded Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken meat packed in water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
- 2 low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
Recipe
- 1 heat the margarine and buffalo sauce over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
- 2 open the can of chicken, drain the water, and dump it into the pan.
- 3 simmer for about 10 minutes, using a spatula to "shred" the chicken (just mash it a bit and it will shred nicely).
- 4 add the pepper jack cheese and stir until melted.
- 5 spoon half of the mixture onto each tortilla/wrap, roll it up, and enjoy!
