Spicy Sweet Glaze Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• 2/3 cup apricot preserves
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 8 chicken pieces (wings, drumsticks, breast, etc,)

Recipe

• 1 mix together garlic, apricot preserves, soy sauce, ketchup and tobasco sauce.
• 2 put chicken pieces of choice in a gallon ziplock bag.
• 3 add the sauce mixture; place in a freezer.
• 4 to cook the chicken, thaw completely in the refrigerator; dump into a 9x13 pan.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit until done, 50 to 60 minutes.
