Spicy Thai Chicken Legs

Ingredients

- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/3 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 chicken legs with thigh, skinned
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl combine yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, coriander and cayenne.
- 2 pierce chicken legs all over with a fork and place in the bowl. turn to coat and marinate at room temperature, turning occasionally, 30-60 minutes.
- 3 preheat oven to 350. remove chicken from marinade and place in a shallow baking dish. reserve marinade.
- 4 bake chicken for 15 minutes. remove from oven.
- 5 spoon reserved marinade over chicken. bake for 20 minutes longer or cooked through.
