Ingredients

- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in pieces
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all crumb ingredients.
- 2 roll chicken in mixture to coat.
- 3 place on lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- 4 bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
