Tater-dipped Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup instant potato flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 -3 lbs frying chickens, cut up
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 place margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; melt in oven.
- 3 in plastic bag, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, seasoned pepper, and seasoning salt.
- 4 add chicken one at a time and shake in the plastic bag.
- 5 place chicken skin-side down in melted margarine.
- 6 bake 30 minutes, uncovered, turn chicken.
