Tater-dipped Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup instant potato flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 2 -3 lbs frying chickens, cut up

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 place margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; melt in oven.
  • 3 in plastic bag, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, seasoned pepper, and seasoning salt.
  • 4 add chicken one at a time and shake in the plastic bag.
