Pollo De Pina

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 12 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sweet wine
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 (12 ounce) can sliced pineapple in syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 chipotle chiles, blended into a paste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350*f.
  • 2 in a blender, mix pineapple juice, wine, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. blend well.
