Simple Bbq Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons seasoning, of your choice
Recipe
- 1 spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl put the pieces of chicken and vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 3 after 10 minutes rub the chicken, pour the vinegar out and season the chicken. i used mccormick montreal chicken seasoning. make sure to rub the seasoning into all the little crevices of the chicken.
- 4 place chicken on pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5 pull out chicken and pour out any excess juices. then lather the top of the chicken in bar-be-que sauce and put the chicken back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
- 6 pull the chicken out again, turn over and lather the chicken again and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- 7 finally pull out the chicken and if dry put more bar-be-que sauce.
- 8 serve with a healthy side and done!
