Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 blend in flour, curry powder, and salt.
- 3 slowly add hot stock and bring to boiling.
- 4 boil 2 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat
- 6 add egg yolk lightly beaten with cream.
