- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 whirl all ingredients in the blender.
- 2 chill until needed for marinating.
