Spinach Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

- 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix, finely crushed
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 buns
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, broth, italian seasoing, salt, pepper and half of the spinach (save remaining spinach for another use).
- 2 crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. shape into four 3/4-in.-thick patties.
- 3 grill for about 3-4 minute on each side or until juices run clear. (uncooked turkey is not rare, it is turkey-flavoured jell-oâ„¢.).
- 4 serve on buns, fixing up as you wish.
