Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 chopped onion (though i use more)
- 4 cans beans
- 4 cans broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 sautee the onion and carrots in some cooking spray.
- 2 add the broth, the drained beans, and the canned tomatoes.
- 3 season with spices (add different things as the mood strikes you).
- 4 simmer for 10 minutes.
