Super-easy Chicken Enchilada Skillet

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast half, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 6 flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup four-cheese mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
  • 2 add chicken; cook 7 minute or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 mix broth, dressing, and flour until well blended; gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly.
