Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 tuck tips of wings under to for a triangle.
  • 2 place wings in a shallow non metal container.
  • 3 combines soy, sherry, ginger, garlic and honey in a jug and mix together.
  • 4 pour over chicken.
  • 5 cover and store in fridge serveral hours or over night.
  • 6 cook under grill basting ocassionally, or bake in oven at 180 c 1 hour in the sauce.
