Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients

- 8 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 tuck tips of wings under to for a triangle.
- 2 place wings in a shallow non metal container.
- 3 combines soy, sherry, ginger, garlic and honey in a jug and mix together.
- 4 pour over chicken.
- 5 cover and store in fridge serveral hours or over night.
- 6 cook under grill basting ocassionally, or bake in oven at 180 c 1 hour in the sauce.
