- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dry ginger
- 4 fresh fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375°f.
- 2 in a small bowl, whisk together honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic salt and ginger.
- 3 place chicken breasts in an oven proof dish and pour sauce over. bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is no longer pink*.
- 4 serve with sauce drizzled over chicken.
