Ingredients
- 3 ounces turkey meat
- 3 ounces fried tofu (hawaiian style)
- 4 ounces arugula
- 3 tablespoons of toasted chopped almonds
- 3 tablespoons chinese chicken salad dressing
- 3 green onions, part thinly sliced
- 6 rice paper
Recipe
- 1 toss first 6 ingredients together. wet the rice paper under running water and let set on ceramic plate for 5-8 seconds. fill with turkey-tofu mixture and wrap like a burrito.
