Spanish Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 lb bacon, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup wine
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix ground turkey with bacon, parsley, and oregano.
- 2 add onion and garlic; add soy sauce.
- 3 make into little meat balls; roll them flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- 4 fry meatballs until browned in olive oil.(i just dumped balls into sauce and baked 425 for 35 minutes it was kinda watery so dont add extra water i also used can of tomatoes ).
- 5 add water, chicken bouillon cube, wine, tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrot.
- 6 cook until thickened; you can do this in the oven when it is cooler.
