- 1 cup light soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in bowl. use as marinade for chicken.
- 2 for a thicker sauce simmer until thick or thicken with constarch slurry.
