Spinach With Dried Cranberries (no Fat) Just Taste

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2/3 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth or 2/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sliced scallion (save a tad for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 6 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon toasted pine nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a hot pan place broth, scallions, and cranberries cook for 1 minute.
  • 2 add basil and spinach toss and cook 1 minute just till wilted.
  • 3 top with pine nuts and scallions for garnish.
