Tangy Barbecued Chicken

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon gingerroot, minced

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl; combine the tomato juice, vinegar, worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, garlic and ginger.
  • 2 cover with vented plastic wrap.
  • 3 microwave on high for 3 minutes(if you prefer to use the stove top, heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes).
