Twice Cooked Chicken

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (3 -4 lb) broiler-fryer chickens
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup dried chinese date (jujubes)
  • soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 rub chicken all over with salt. rinse. place in pot over a pot filled with water.
  • 2 add the jujubes.
