Ranch Oven-fried Chicken

Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425.
- 2 spray 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
- 3 in shallow dish, mix bisquick mix and pepper.
- 4 in another shallow dish, pour ranch dressing.
- 5 coat chicken with dressing and then coat with bisquick mixture, pressing so coating sticks to chicken.
- 6 place in pan and drizzle with butter.
- 7 bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 f).
