Ranch Oven-fried Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup bisquick
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425.
  • 2 spray 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 in shallow dish, mix bisquick mix and pepper.
  • 4 in another shallow dish, pour ranch dressing.
  • 5 coat chicken with dressing and then coat with bisquick mixture, pressing so coating sticks to chicken.
  • 6 place in pan and drizzle with butter.
  • 7 bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 f).
