Pretzel-crusted Chicken

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 8 slices deli ham, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pretzel, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 cut a horizontal slit in one side of each chicken breast half to within 1/2 inches of the opposite side. spread honey mustard inside each pocket; stuff with two ham slices.
  • 2 place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. brush with butter; sprinkle with pretzels.
  • 3 bake, uncovered, at 350°f for 40-45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. yield: 4 servings.
