Soy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken wings (wing tips secured)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 425°f.
- 2 put the wings in a large plastic bag.
- 3 combine the remaining ingredients and pour them into the bag with the wings. toss and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
- 4 bake at 425 f, turning the wings once, for 35 minutes or until tender.
