Super Easy Vegetarian Whole Wheat Chili Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 whole wheat tortillas, soft taco size
- 3 (15 ounce) cans vegetarian chili, recommended is amy's medium spiced chili
- 1 (8 ounce) package vegetarian grilled chicken strips, recommended is morningstar farms chik'n strips
- 2 cups natural lowfat mexican blend cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. place a thin layer of chili at bottom of pan.
- 3 layer as follows: tortillas, black beans, chicken strips, chili, and cheese.
- 4 recommended top layer is tortilla, chili, and cheese.
- 5 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
