Super Easy Vegetarian Whole Wheat Chili Bake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas, soft taco size
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans vegetarian chili, recommended is amy's medium spiced chili
  • 1 (8 ounce) package vegetarian grilled chicken strips, recommended is morningstar farms chik'n strips
  • 2 cups natural lowfat mexican blend cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. place a thin layer of chili at bottom of pan.
  • 3 layer as follows: tortillas, black beans, chicken strips, chili, and cheese.
  • 4 recommended top layer is tortilla, chili, and cheese.
  • 5 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
