Potatoes With Chilli & Garlic

Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon crushed chile
- 4 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 peel & slice your potatoes(not to thick).
- 2 boil the sliced potatoes for 5mins untill they are quite soft when you test with a knife.
- 3 drain the potatoes & neatly place them in a roasting dish.
- 4 melt butter in a small pan.
- 5 add the crushed chillies to the melted butter.
- 6 place your thinly sliced garlic over the potatoes.
- 7 pour the butter & chillies over the potatoes.
- 8 cook in the oven gas mark 7 for 30mins.
- 9 serve with seasoned chicken & baked peppers.
