Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, boneless and skinless
- 1/3 cup basil, chopped
- 1/3 cup mint, chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons ginger, peeled and coarsly chopped
- 2 -3 garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper, coarsly chopped
Recipe
- 1 marinade: process marinade ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
- 2 place chicken in a large plastic zip lock bag and add marinade.
- 3 remove chicken from marinade and grill until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
