Thai Grilled Chicken - Weight Watcher Friendly 5 Points

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 lbs chicken, boneless and skinless
  • 1/3 cup basil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mint, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons ginger, peeled and coarsly chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, coarsly chopped

Recipe

  • 1 marinade: process marinade ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • 2 place chicken in a large plastic zip lock bag and add marinade.
  • 3 remove chicken from marinade and grill until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
