Spinach Artichoke Squares With Chicken

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups diced chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375 degrees. spread crescent dinner rolls on the bottom of a 12x15 sheet pan. bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  • 2 meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese; mix well. spread mixture evenly over partially baked crust.
  • 3 top with mozzarella cheese.
  • 4 bake at 375°f for an additional 10-12 minutes or until topping is thoroughly heated. serve warm.
