Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan.
- 2 add chopped spinach.
- 3 cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- 4 add 2 tablespoons whipping cream, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- 5 cook and stir for 30 seconds or until heated through.
- 6 serve over baked chicken.
