Sauteed Spinach Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan.
  • 2 add chopped spinach.
  • 3 cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  • 4 add 2 tablespoons whipping cream, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  • 5 cook and stir for 30 seconds or until heated through.
  • 6 serve over baked chicken.
