Three Step Saucy Chicken Dinner

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup butter, divided
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped in 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, undrained
  • 1 cup peas
  • 4 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained, kept hot
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat 1/4 cup butter in large skillet.
  • 2 add chicken and garlic powder.
  • 3 cook 4 mimnutes.
  • 4 stir in remaining 1/4 cup butter, mushrooms, and peas.
  • 5 cook 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 6 stir in hot cooked noodles and cheese until cheese is melted.
  • 7 season to taste with salt and pepper.
