Three Step Saucy Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped in 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, undrained
- 1 cup peas
- 4 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained, kept hot
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat 1/4 cup butter in large skillet.
- 2 add chicken and garlic powder.
- 3 cook 4 mimnutes.
- 4 stir in remaining 1/4 cup butter, mushrooms, and peas.
- 5 cook 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 6 stir in hot cooked noodles and cheese until cheese is melted.
- 7 season to taste with salt and pepper.
