- 8 cups leeks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat a large stove top casserole and saute the garlic in the olive oil.
- 2 add leeks and saute until they begin to collapse.
- 3 add the rest and cook uncovered until the leeks are tender.
