Sauteed Leeks

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 cups leeks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat a large stove top casserole and saute the garlic in the olive oil.
  • 2 add leeks and saute until they begin to collapse.
  • 3 add the rest and cook uncovered until the leeks are tender.
