Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- 1/2 cup wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, mix together the lamb through the rosemary until well blended.
- 2 shape into small patties.
- 3 in a large skillet, heat wine over medium heat and cook patties, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes for medium or 20 minutes for well-done.
