Tropical Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 cup teriyaki sauce
• 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts (8 small to medium)

Recipe

• 1 combine marinade ingredients in large ziploc bag (gallon size). add chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator all day or overnight.
• 2 grill over low to medium heat (gas grill). while chicken is grilling, heat marinade in saucepan, let it simmer for 10 - 15 minutes so that it reduces and eliminates any bacteria from the raw chicken. serve the marinade as a sauce or dip.
