Sour Cream Chicken

Total Time: 9 hrs Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream, reduced-fat is ok
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4-1/2 cup margarine (your preference, melted)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except chicken, breadcrumbs and margarine.
  • 2 coat chicken with the mixture, and refrigerate in glass 9x13 pan, preferably at least 8-12 hrs.
  • 3 preheat oven to 400.
  • 4 spray 15x10 jelly roll pan/cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 5 bread the chicken pieces with the breadcrumbs, and place on cookie sheet.
  • 6 drizzle half the melted margarine over the chicken, place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 7 after 30 minutes, drizzle remaining margarine over, and bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until juices run clear and chicken is done.
