Thai Style Pear & Chicken Salad

Ingredients

- 1 pear, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 3 1/2 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine the pear, cucumber, chicken, mint and coriander.
- 2 mix together the lime juice, honey and fish sauce and garlic.
- 3 pour the dressing over the salad, mix through and serve.
