Szechuan Peppery Hot Chicken

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, stir fried and kept warm
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon ground szechuan peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons hot chili oil
  • 1 lb bean sprouts, stir fried
  • cilantro (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the sauce ingredients to gether in a bowl.
  • 2 arrange warm chicken and hot sprouts on a platter and pour the sauce over.
