South Pacific Lamb Kabobs With Peanut Butter Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 lb lamb, chop suey meat
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in large resealable bag,combine the first 8 ingredients,and lamb.
  • 2 seal bag and turn to coat.refrigerate overnite.
  • 3 drain and discard marinate.
  • 4 thread lamb on soaked wooden or medal skewers.
  • 5 grill,covered over indirect meduim heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until done.
  • 6 in sauce pan combine all and blend smooth.
  • 7 bring to boil,cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened.
  • 8 serve with kabobs.
