South Pacific Lamb Kabobs With Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb lamb, chop suey meat
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in large resealable bag,combine the first 8 ingredients,and lamb.
- 2 seal bag and turn to coat.refrigerate overnite.
- 3 drain and discard marinate.
- 4 thread lamb on soaked wooden or medal skewers.
- 5 grill,covered over indirect meduim heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until done.
- 6 in sauce pan combine all and blend smooth.
- 7 bring to boil,cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened.
- 8 serve with kabobs.
